The Walton Cruisers Car Club - Walton, NY

Welcome to the website of the Walton Cruisers. We are a group of car guys and girls that enjoy buying, working, cleaning, showing and cruising our cars and bikes. Our club participates in local parades, cruise-ins and car shows. Currently we are about 100 strong and growing every year.

We are also very proud to hold our annual Cruisin' for a Cause benefit poker run. We benefit a local child and his or her family that has unfortunate health problems, causing extensive medical bills. The poker run is open to all wheels--antiques, classics, motorcycles, and even daily drivers. The event is held rain or shine!

News 2008:

11-29-08: Tthe Walton Chamber Of Commerce Holiday Parade is Sat. Nov.29th. Any club member interested in riding on the float should be at the bus garage at 5:30 pm. Parade starts at 6.

10-12-08: Patty Wood blew up the engine in her 1972 Buick.

10-12-08: Year End Club Picnic at the Maywood Railroad Depot in Sidney Center starting at noon. Bring a dish to pass and table service as usual, hot dogs and hamburgers will be supplied by the club.

7-7-08: The Walton Cruisers would like to send a big thank you out to everyone who helped make the 25th anniversary of the Walton Booster Club's 50's Revisited Car Show and Cruise Night a huge success and one of the best years ever. To all the show and cruise participants, spectators, food and craft venders , truck pullers, Rex Layton, Coyote Junction and The Poni-Tails bands along with the fireworks crew we couldn't have done it without you! Hope to see you all again next year.

2-10-08: Meeting at Vet's Club, 1pm; further discussion about the upcoming year.

1-20-08: Meeting at Vet's Club, 1pm; discussion will consist of 2008 Poker Run and Car Show, as well as anything else that comes up.

Cruise-in to McDonald's in Walton every Tuesday night at 6pm starting again this spring. Every other week there will be a cruise to a neighboring town for ice cream leaving at 6:15. Stay and chat or head out with a group!
