Directions from Albany
- From Albany take Interstate 88 (I-88)  West to exit 15 Oneonta, approx. 61 miles
- Exit 15 (colleges, Rt23&Rt28) at light turn left onto Rt 23
- Continue to "T" intersection, at that light, turn right onto Rt 28 (you will pass by a Home Depot on your right)
- Follow Rt 28 up and over mountain 5.5 miles to RT357, bear right onto 357 at bottom of mountain (you will see sheds for sale on your left)
- Follow RT357 for 6.4 miles thru village of Franklin
- Turn left onto County Rt 21,Walton-Franklin Rd,  (there will be a pond and a highway dept. on your left at turn)
- Follow County Rt 21 for 12.6 miles to stop sign.
- Turn right onto Townsend St. in Walton
- Follow Townsend St. to red light at Delaware St. 0.8 miles
- Turn right onto Delaware St. go 0.2 miles to Royale Oasis Club on left accross from Sunoco Station.
